Online Personalized Programming

If you are someone who has hit a plateau, not sure what to do at the gym, or are looking to switch up your routine; but you are not interested on 1 on 1 training; this is the option for you.

This option involves three 4 week cycles. We will schedule 5 calls, to go over a detailed assessment that will allow me to build a customized program based on where you currently are with your fitness and where you want to take things. After our initial call, the rest will be scheduled before you begin each cycle, to make sure you are set up for success and I can answer any questions you might have. You will have access to my personal number and we will be messaging back and forth throughout the duration of your program.
